The problem: Your Lycra fabric lost its snap
Maybe you're a small brand. Maybe you're a sourcing manager at a factory. You found a Lycra blend that felt right, cut a sample, signed off, and then the first production run washed like something from a bargain bin. Knees bag out. Waistbands roll. The fabric that was supposed to hold its shape now holds nothing but wrinkles.
